The Best Free Catholic Bible Studies Available Online

Dearly Beloved Followers,

In this post, I am going to present to you the three best Catholic Bible Studies available online–and they are ALL free to use. My hope is that they will appeal to those who are seeking God in the Catholic faith, as well as lukewarm Catholics and Catholics who are hungry to know more about Sacred Scripture. So, if you have ever wanted to learn authentic Bible Studies from a Catholic perspective, these are the ones that you should delve into. And trust me, if you do them all, you will become a Bible expert!

The first one is:

Agape Catholic Bible Study

The Agape Catholic Bible Study can be completed on your own or as a group study. Many of the books of the Bible have their own lessons so Agape Bible Study is extensive and will take quite awhile to complete if you desire to do them all. However, the best part of the Agape Catholic Bible Study is that using Google Translate, it is available in over 90 languages(!). So, if you want to learn more about the Catholic Bible in Arabic, Chinese, or Spanish, here it is for you! All FREE!

The second Bible study that I want to recommend is:

St. Paul Center – Online Studies
https://stpaulcenter.com/category/online-studies-overviews/

St. Paul Center is founded by Catholic theologian, Dr. Scott Hahn, so if you are familiar with Dr. Hahn’s work, you will know that these Bible studies are of excellent quality. Online Studies at St. Paul Center can be completed on your own or as a group study. You only need the Bible to complete the studies, although they do recommend Dr. Hahn’s book for a few of them for further research. I love that there is a Bible Study on the Blessed Virgin Mary and a Bible study for the Holy Mass. Unfortunately, though, these studies are only available in English.  I also recommend signing up for Dr. Hahn’s weekly Sunday Mass commentary by email (it is free).

And the last Bible study that I recommend is:

The Understanding the Scriptures Podcast
https://catholicboard.com/utspodcast/introduction

This Bible study consists of 30 podcasts between 72 to 80 minutes each (English only) and are based on Dr. Scott Hahn’s textbook, “Understanding the Scriptures”–although you do not need to purchase the book. The audio study follows the Bible from Genesis to Revelation and is great for those who learn best from listening and not simply from reading. I recommend it especially for those who have long commutes to work and home and are looking for something better than the radio. Enjoy!

God bless!
